Our client is recruiting for a well-connected Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the hospitality and luxury residential market in Asia. The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and securing prestigious projects that align with the company's design philosophy and brand vision.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with other offices on business development initiatives.
• Coordinate fee proposals, project updates, and contract reviews.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years+ in a business development role
• Experience in the hospitality interior design industry with existing contacts in the market.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
• Willing to travel
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
